Property Management Executive
This role offers the opportunity to work in a dynamic property team, overseeing the management of business parks and buildings. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in property, construction, or a related field, with experience in managing contracts, procurement, or built environment projects.
Main Responsibilities:
* Manage business parks, including construction contracts, maintenance, and regular meetings with park tenants.
* Oversee the delivery of new and existing office or industrial buildings.
* Ensure site development and building projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to a high standard.
* Lead procurement and tendering for construction and service contracts.
* Manage external consultants and service providers to ensure efficient and cost-effective work.

Requirements:
* A full, valid driving licence
* A Level 8 Degree (preferably in property, construction, procurement, or contract management)
The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate strong communication and personal effectiveness, as well as good negotiation and influencing skills. They will also be able to build and manage client relationships and possess a creative and innovative approach to problem-solving.
