Key Responsibilities
* Identify and develop new and existing commercial opportunities, working closely with senior sales leadership to expand revenue streams.

* Understand client objectives in depth and deliver bespoke, impactful media solutions that align with their goals.
* Proactively pursue B2B sales opportunities - both direct and via agencies - across radio, digital, event, and non-traditional platforms.
* Oversee the commercial delivery of a high-profile events calendar including awards, expos, and conferences, ensuring maximum value for both the business and its partners.
* Manage and sell a range of commercial initiatives including premium competitions, branded content, media training sessions, and more.
Requirements
* A strong background in business development, ideally within media, marketing, or hospitality.
* Demonstrated success in B2B sales with a strategic, consultative selling approach.
* Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
* Ability to lead, influence, and manage multiple projects in a deadline-driven environment.
