We are looking for a Junior Accounts Payable to join out team in Limerick, Ireland***Full-time position, maternity cover contract***Working pattern: Monday to Friday from 09:00-17:00Main duties and responsibilitiesResponsible for the provision of day to day administrative support for client contract.
To provide general assistance to the team and maintain effective communication with all other sites and departments, including collation of information and other general clerical duties and maintaining records for all sites.Facilitate data collection and interpretationExperience with CAFM and PPM schedulerLogging, approval, processing and filing of all supplier invoicesVouching or matching supplier invoices to Purchase ordersProvide regular dashboard reports identifying performanceInitiating and processing supplier payments, with all supporting documentationDealing with supplier queries in a timely and efficient mannerTo carry out detailed reporting for the site and ensure integrity and completeness of management information contained in the financial systemsWorking closely with Contract Managers reviewing the cost make up and future projections of their contractsIn depth accrual and prepayment understanding relative to the operational ContractsFacilitate the ongoing development of reporting systems and financial procedures to improve efficiencyReconciling supplier statements to accounts payable ledger on a monthly basisQualifications and ExperienceBackground in FinanceExcellent pc skills, including word/ Excel/ PowerPoint and projectExperience with CAFM experience and PPM SchedulerAbility to understand, integrate, streamline processesExcellent problem solving skillsExcellent communication skills
