* · Ensure orders are received and processed, on the Company's Fresh Trade system (Training provided) in a timely and efficient manner.
* These orders are received via phone, email, answering machine, on-line portals.
* · Extract certain products and generate supplier purchase orders.
* · Handle customer enquiries in a timely and professional manner.
* · Go that 'extra mile' to meet customer demands in the HORECA sector.
* Ability to work 5 days over 7 as agreed with office manager.
Key experience and skills:
* · Excellent computer skills. Competency is Microsoft Office is essential.
* · Proven experience of working in a similar role is advantageous.
* · Experience of fresh fruit and vegetables is advantageous.
* · Strong time-management and multitasking abilities.
* · Fluent is English both verbally and written.
* · Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal, to enable effective customer feedback and feedback to key business colleagues.
* · Ability to work well under pressure and to work well as part of a team.
This is an evening shift position.
