Key Responsibilities:
1. Account Planning: Collaborate with operational units to identify high-potential opportunities and develop engagement strategies.
2. Commercial Action Plans: Contribute to plans by targeting prospects and existing clients for proactive solution sales.
3. Client Acquisition: Develop strategies for new customer acquisition aligned with Irish and European initiatives.
4. Client Engagement: Conduct client visits and demonstrate solutions.
5. Site Risk Analysis: Perform analyses to understand clients' risk profiles and needs.
6. Integrated Solutions: Work with teams to cross-sell and up-sell services, integrating relevant technology.
7. Training and Development: Train teams in solution sales and tool usage.
8. Solution Impact Evaluation: Assess the impact of solutions and prepare transition plans.
9. Implementation Coordination: Ensure smooth handover and involvement during implementation.
10. Additional duties as applicable.
