Dunlevy Distributors in Donegal, County Donegal, Ireland, is seeking to hire a Full-Time Book Keeper/Office Administrator to join their established family business based in Donegal Town.
Responsibilities include:
1. General bookkeeping and office administration
2. Debtor and creditor management, including processing payments and receipts, and communicating with customers and suppliers
Ideal candidate:
* Strong computer skills, including experience with accounting software and Excel
* At least 2-3 years of office experience (preferred but not essential)
* Good communication skills, both verbal and written
* Hardworking, trustworthy, reliable, and able to work independently
Working hours: Monday to Friday, 9 am - 5 pm
