Project Manager needed for a distinguished Tier 2 Building Contractor to oversee high-value, high-profile projects across the Republic of Ireland. This vacancy is ideal for an adept Project Manager with a track record of successfully managing projects exceeding €20 million from inception to completion.

Key Responsibilities:
* Coordinate, monitor, and review construction drawings, specifications, and work requirements.
* Collaborate closely with the design team to ensure seamless adherence to project timelines.
* Provide support to the Contracts Manager to ensure the project's smooth and timely completion.
* Direct and manage personnel, site staff, and subcontractors.
* Conduct weekly progress meetings, workshops, and action planning.
* Evaluate construction quality while maintaining effective communication with various stakeholders.
Requirements
* Possess a degree in Construction Management or a related field (Third level qualification).
* Hold a minimum of 5 years' experience as a Project Manager within a Main Contractor or Property Developer setting.
* Exhibit a proven record of overseeing projects valued at over €20 million, overseeing the entire lifecycle.
* Ideal background in engineering.
* Proficiently manage site programs and associated schedules, with flexibility to update as required.
* Manage multiple subcontractors concurrently.
* Demonstrate comprehensive proficiency in Microsoft Office and Project/PowerPoint, accompanied by exceptional IT skills and effective digital and visual presentation capabilities.
