Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Senior Occupational Therapist to join our Kells CDNT on a temporary basis.
The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in assessing and providing tailored therapeutic interventions to children with disabilities, ensuring they achieve their fullest potential.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify the needs of children with disabilities.
Develop and implement individualized therapy plans in collaboration with families and multidisciplinary teams.
Monitor and evaluate therapy outcomes, adjusting plans as necessary to achieve optimal results.
Provide guidance and support to junior staff and students, fostering a collaborative and educational environment.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in compliance with professional and organizational standards.
Required Skills and Qualifications
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Occupational Therapy.
Current registration with CORU.
Extensive experience in pediatric occupational therapy, preferably within a CDNT setting.
6 months, rolling thereafter.
