Assistant Restaurant Manager @Terre, 2 Michelin Star Restaurant
We are currently seeking a passionate and highly skilled assistant Restaurant manager to elevate our guests' experience at Terre, our 2 Michelin Star Restaurant.

Knowledge and experience in the following areas is essential:
Previous experience in a Michelin star restaurant is essential.

Be fluent in spoken and written English.
Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
Duties include but are not exclusive to:
Collaborate closely with and help manage the restaurant team and create memorable dining experiences for guests.
Uphold impeccable standards of service and hospitality, consistently exceeding guest expectations and fostering a culture of excellence among the staff.
The effective and efficient running of the restaurant maintaining the consistency of high food and service standards, at all times ensuring that the defined 5* and Michelin standards are implemented and adhered to by all service personnel.
To help over see service, ensuring that guests are checked throughout the meal and the food service is efficient, professional and friendly.
To liaise with the Senior Management ensuring that effective cost controls are in place.
To help ensure that food service areas are fully set-up and staffed accordingly to meet business demands.
To carry out administrative and financial duties as required.
