A global infrastructure and property consultancy is recruiting Building Surveying graduates to join its expanding teams across Ireland, working on major commercial, residential and public-sector projects.This is a structured early-career opportunity offering hands-on project exposure, full chartership support, and the chance to work across a wide range of building surveying disciplines.Key CriteriaEducationBachelor's or Master's degree (2:1 or equivalent) in Building SurveyingDegree must be SCSI or RICS accreditedThe OpportunityYou'll join a professional surveying team delivering services across the commercial, residential, education, institutional and public-sector markets. From technical due diligence to building compliance and contract administration, you'll gain exposure to the full lifecycle of real estate and construction projects.You'll work under the guidance of senior surveyors, gaining the experience and breadth required to progress towards professional chartership while contributing to live projects from day one.What You'll DoAs a Graduate Building Surveyor, you will support work across:Condition and building surveysTechnical due diligence for investors and occupiersDilapidations and schedules of conditionBuilding compliance and assigned certifier dutiesContract administration and tender processesBuilding pathology and defect analysisFeasibility studies and design supportMeasured surveys and site inspectionsYou'll have the opportunity to follow projects from inception through to completion on site.Professional DevelopmentYou will be supported through a structured chartership pathway, including:A dedicated supervisor and mentorNational chartership support networkFormal graduate training programmeTechnical and professional CPDMock interviews and assessment preparationAccess to digital learning and in-person training eventsThis is designed to support progression towards SCSI or RICS chartership.Skills & AttributesStrong written and verbal communicationGood organisation and ability to manage multiple tasksProactive, motivated and keen to build a long-term surveying careerComfortable working in multi-disciplinary teamsAble to meet deadlines and manage client expectationsWilling to ask for support and contribute to team successEligibilityPermanent right to work in the UK or Ireland (visa sponsorship not available)Why ApplyWork on high-profile commercial and public-sector projectsGain experience across the full Building Surveying disciplineReceive structured chartership supportJoin a global consultancy with strong career progressionBuild a long-term professional career in property and constructionShow more Show less
