OverviewVice President, ETF Product to join the Fund and Investor Solutions team. This role is located in Dublin.ResponsibilitiesETF Product & Innovation: Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to develop new and enhanced ETF product servicesETF Product & Innovation: Apply a client‑focused, strategic mindset to identify innovation opportunitiesETF Product & Innovation: Develop business cases to support investment decisions and product enhancementsSystems Analysis & Delivery: Translate complex business and operational requirements into clear system designs and solutionsSystems Analysis & Delivery: Work closely with developers, business analysts, and project managers to deliver complex system enhancementsData, Metrics & Process Improvement: Partner with Service and Operations Management to analyse workforce deployment, process overlaps and gaps, productivity and efficiency metricsData, Metrics & Process Improvement: Identify measurement gaps and design suitable metrics and methodologiesGovernance & Cross‑Functional Collaboration: Partner with Technology, Operations, Risk, Compliance, and Legal throughout the product development lifecycleGovernance & Cross‑Functional Collaboration: Use delivery tools such as Jira and Confluence to track risks, issues, dependencies, and progressQualificationsBusiness Analysis or Systems Analysis experience within enterprise environmentsPrior exposure to ETF servicing or asset servicing operations is strongly preferredBackground in one or more of the following: Custody, Fund Accounting, Transfer Agency, Derivatives or related operational functionsExperience working in Agile delivery environmentsFamiliarity with API integrations and system connectivity conceptsStrong data skills, including data management and aggregation, analytical reporting and visualisationTools and technologies: VBA, SQL, API connectivity, Excel and PowerPoint (advanced), PowerBI or similar visualisation toolsExcellent written and verbal communicationAbility to articulate product strategy, roadmaps, and vision to senior stakeholdersBachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experienceBenefits and Awards (selected)BNY offers highly competitive compensation, benefits, and wellbeing programs rooted in a strong culture of excellence and our pay-for-performance philosophy.
