Financial Accountant Role
We are seeking an experienced Financial Accountant to join our team, responsible for preparing financial statements and maintaining accurate financial records.
* The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years' experience working in an accountancy practice, with strong experience preparing accounts to trial balance.
* A high level of attention to detail and excellent organisational skills are essential for this role, as well as the ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.

* This is a full-time opportunity to work with a dynamic team of professionals, supporting senior accountants and partners on compliance and reporting matters.
* The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring accuracy and attention to detail across all financial documentation, as well as liaising professionally with clients, responding to queries both verbally and in writing.
* Familiarity with accounting software such as Sage, Xero, or QuickBooks is advantageous.

Key Responsibilities
1. Prepare financial statements and maintain accurate financial records, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger entries.
2. Perform general bookkeeping duties, including reconciliations and journal entries.
3. Support senior accountants and partners on compliance and reporting matters, including audits, tax returns, and other regulatory requirements.
4. Liaise professionally with clients, responding to queries both verbally and in writing, and providing excellent customer service.
5. Assist with ad hoc tasks to support smooth team operations, including data entry, filing, and other administrative duties.
