As a Customer Success Specialist, you'll be a trusted partner for farmers - supporting them from onboarding to daily use of innovative farming systems. You'll be hands-on, often on-farm, and central to Ireland's smart farming revolution.
ABOUT THE ROLE:
* Train and onboard farmers on agri-tech platforms.
* Provide support and troubleshooting on-site and remotely.

* Work with vets, nutritionists, and advisors to support smarter farming.

ABOUT THE PERSON:
* Background in agriculture, animal health, or agri-business (degree or practical experience).

* Organised, proactive, and willing to travel regularly.
