This role acts as a key executional pillar within the local market, coordinating marketing activation of centrally created strategies and materials across a cluster organization. It is a diverse, fast-paced position focusing on multiple customer touchpoints.
The role serves as the local Single Point of Contact (SPOC) for Marketing to other departments within the local structure.
Responsibilities include executing brand marketing activations and interactions in the market, with a focus on B2B marketing activities (online and offline), POS creation and execution, local PR, trade events, and brand activations such as sponsorships and partnerships.
Key Responsibilities:
* Coordinate and execute local communications, campaigns, website, webshop, social media, and local promotions, working closely with agencies.
* Create and localize digital content and print materials to engage customers at various touchpoints and events.
* Assist in channel and account prioritization, annual planning, and activities like Black Friday.
* Manage marketing and advertising budgets, shop-in-shop displays, and digital activation plans.
* Support Business Development Managers in translating strategies into effective marketing plans and execution.
* Assist Product Trainers and Culinary Experts in training events and cooking sessions.
* Coordinate display executions with retailers and agencies.
* Plan and participate in trade fairs and customer activation events.
* Present new products, promotions, and price lists to internal teams.
* Create selling tools and ensure information flow to retail partners and staff.
* Execute marketing activities in collaboration with Service teams.
Qualifications and Skills:
* Degree or equivalent work experience with continuous learning evidence.
* At least 3 years of relevant experience, preferably in a premium brand or consumer goods industry.
* Motivated, proactive, and target-oriented with a continuous improvement mindset.
* Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
* Highly organized, capable of managing deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
* Creative, adaptable to local market needs.
* Commercially minded with excellent communication skills in the local language.
* Willingness to travel within the country to build B2B relationships.
