Key Responsibilities: Provide comprehensive secretarial and administrative support to solicitors and legal teams.
Prepare, format, and proofread legal documents and correspondence with a high degree of accuracy.
Manage and maintain case files, both electronically and in hard copy.
Handle incoming calls, emails, and correspondence, ensuring efficient communication.
Schedule appointments, manage calendars, and organise meetings.
Essential Criteria: Previous experience in an administrative or secretarial role (legal experience desirable but not essential).
Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in document preparation.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Professional communication skills, both written and verbal.
