We are seeking a highly skilled Store Manager to lead our team and drive sales in our Maynooth store.
* Manage a team of 6-8 staff members, providing guidance and support to ensure they meet their targets.
* Create a welcoming customer-first environment that fosters strong relationships with customers and boosts sales.
* Analyse sales reports to identify areas for improvement and implement effective strategies to increase revenue.
* Support upselling and cross-selling initiatives to maximise sales opportunities and enhance customer satisfaction.
Maintain high visual standards, ensuring compliance with company policies and minimising shrinkage through proactive stock control.
Report on store performance and key trends, implementing actions based on insights to continually improve store performance.
