Key Responsibilities:
1. Greet and assist walk-in retail and trade customers in the showroom
2. Build rapport and establish customer needs through thoughtful, informed questioning
3. Provide expert product advice and work closely with customers to stay within budget
4. Maintain a calm, pressure-free, and professional approach to sales
5. Prepare quotes, manage follow-ups, and ensure accurate documentation
6. Stay organised and efficient in handling multiple customer accounts
7. Eventually conduct site visits and assist with larger commercial accounts (e.g., hotels)
8. Work collaboratively with the sales team to uphold showroom standards
What We're Looking For:
9. Previous experience in bathroom sales strongly preferred
10. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
11. Highly presentable, suited appearance to match the showroom's premium standard
12. Organised, efficient, and attentive to detail
13. Ability to read customer needs, ask the right questions, and guide without pressure
14. Strong customer awareness and a genuine interest in finding the right solution for each client
15. Comfortable working with both the general public and trade professionals
16. Willingness to learn - full product training will be provided
