INFORM3 RECRUITMENT Project Manager – West Dublin – Civil
INFORM3 are currently recruiting for an established civil engineering contractor who are seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee civils and enabling works on a major industrial development.
The role involves full project lifecycle responsibility, from planning through to delivery, ensuring works are completed safely, on time, and within budget.
Project Manager Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage civil engineering projects from inception to completion
Coordinate site teams, subcontractors, and suppliers
Develop and maintain project programmes and schedules
Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental standards
Monitor project costs, budgets, and financial performance
Liaise with clients, consultants, and stakeholders
Manage risk, resolve issues, and implement mitigation strategies
Ensure quality control and adherence to specifications
Prepare regular progress reports and project updates
Project Manager Requirements:
Degree in Civil Engineering or related discipline
5–10+ years' experience in civil engineering or infrastructure projects
Proven experience managing large-scale site operations
Strong knowledge of groundworks, utilities, drainage, and enabling works
Excellent leadership, communication, and organisational skills
Experience working in fast-paced, high-value environments
Proficiency in project management tools and MS Office
Strong commercial awareness and contract management experience
