RoleMarketing ExecutiveLocationDublinContractPermanentBenefitsCompetitive salary, pension, sick pay, employee discountsOverviewKilkenny Design is seeking a highly organised, creative and proactive Marketing Executive to play a key role in bringing brand and retail campaigns to life across digital, social and in‑store channels. Working at the heart of a fast‑paced Marketing team, this role offers the opportunity to shape engaging customer experiences, support exciting brand activations and help deliver impactful omni‑channel marketing initiatives that strengthen brand presence and drive commercial results. The role will report to the Senior Brand Manager.Key ResponsibilitiesManage the production of marketing content and campaign assets across digital, social and print channelsSupport organic social media content creation, editing and schedulingSupport the Senior Brand Manager in briefing the design team on digital and retail assetsCoordinate marketing assets across retail, e‑commerce and omni‑channel platformsAssist with the planning and execution of in‑store events and brand activationsLiaise with brand partners regarding campaign assets, timelines and promotional activityCoordinate and deliver production of in‑store print materials and POS for campaigns and launches in a timely mannerWork closely with internal teams and external agencies to ensure campaigns are delivered effectivelyMaintain campaign trackers, calendars and project documentationSupport budget tracking and invoice management across key marketing activitiesUpdate presentation decks and reports for the Head of Marketing and Senior Brand ManagerCollaborate across omni‑channel departments to support campaign execution and rolloutSupport wider team social content initiatives, including occasional participation in campaign or retail‑related content where requiredWork cross‑functionally to educate and guide wider team members on social media content creationMaintain high brand standards and attention to detail throughout the asset sign‑off processSkills & ExperienceMinimum 3 years' experience in a marketing, brand or coordinator roleBachelor's degree or higher in Marketing, Business or related fieldPassionate about all things marketing and social media, with a strong awareness of trends and key consumer calendar momentsStrong knowledge of social media platforms including Instagram and TikTokAbility to read analytics and edit video content within social platformsStrong organisational and project management skillsExcellent communication and stakeholder management abilitiesHigh attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneouslyExperience with social media content production and marketing coordinationProficient in Microsoft Office / Google Workspace and presentation developmentPositive, collaborative, flexible and proactive approach to workPersonal AttributesOrganised and solutions‑focusedCreative with strong commercial awarenessComfortable working in a fast‑paced environmentStrong team player with excellent interpersonal skills
