Job Description; Liaise regularly with the Project and Contracts Managers Supervise and coordinate direct labour and sub-contractors ensuring they are on track to meet targets and deadlines Complete the site diary, allocation sheets, time sheets, record of labour, progress report sheets, plant returns, material returns and local site purchase sheets. Regularly compare on site work against the Project Plan to provide guidance in terms of progress Coordinate the installation and removal of Plant and Machinery on site Check Plant and Machinery is safe to use Coordinate regular Site Meetings, discussing targets and any potential issues arising on site Adhere to Health & Safety and ensure site teams also abide by regulations Order in materials when needed Ensure waste is disposed of appropriately Liaise with Site Engineers regarding any technical issues Required Qualifications/Experience: 5 years plus experience in a similar position Experience coordinating civil teams Experience working with groundworks, earthworks, utilities and roads Experience working with heavy machinery and plant Confident communicator Confident in using MS Office Full Driving License If you are interested email your CV to
