The project:
The project is a generational project providing Dublin & Ireland with a much-needed world class Metro system to support the fast-growing population.
The project is an 18.8km fully autonomous Metro system, consisting of 16 stations, 2 significant tunneled sections and a number of significant structures along the alignment.
The project will integrate existing transportation systems through the city and surrounding areas, including the Dublin airport, Irish Rail and the LUAS.
The successful candidate must lead by example and serve as a role model ensuring the highest standards are adopted across the project.

You will lead your team effectively and develop others to reach their full potential.
You will actively network, innovate, and seek understanding of best practice, utilising the full depth of knowledge of Mace Group, the Centres of Excellence, Mace Way Control Centre and Knowledge Hub.
You will collaborate with multiple internal and external stakeholders, up to C-Suite, to implement and manage our programmes.
You'll need to have:
Demonstrable experience of issuing permits and certificates etc.
Experience of applying BS 5975, or equivalent code
Experience of leading temporary works designs teams
Experience of leading interaction between permanent and temporary works teams interfaces
Experience of leading cross-project initiatives
Experience of operating within an Engineering environment
Able to champion temporary works in multiple project forums
Able to draft contract scope for temporary works
10+ years heavy civils experience including stations, shafts and complex urban locations
5+ years Temporary Works Coordinator experience on major scope equivalent to MetroLink.
You'll also have:
Membership of RICS, CIOB, APM, ICE or equivalent demonstrable professional or personal development.
Deep property or infrastructure project management expertise.
Strong commercial and financial acumen.
Leadership and management experience of large, diverse teams.
Experience of managing relationships with key senior stakeholders.
Knowledge of how carbon and sustainability considerations will shape the outlook of the projects you are working on.
