In this role, you’ll help run what runs the world, by taking on meaningful work that drives real impact.
Your Role And Responsibilities
 * Promote HSE excellence through effective reporting, safety training, and continuous performance monitoring against ABB sustainability KPIs.
 * Develop and deploy Quality strategies aligned with ABB and external standards to enhance quality and operational performance.
 * Support business objectives by setting, tracking, and analysing QHSE targets, identifying deviations, and implementing improvements.
 * Maintain robust management systems and ensure compliance with Quality, Health & Safety, Environmental, and Wellbeing standards.
 * Drive risk management, regulatory compliance, and behavioural change programs that strengthen ABB’s proactive safety and quality culture.
 * Collaborate and engage with internal and external stakeholders to communicate QHSE performance, share best practices, and drive improvement.
Qualifications For The Role
 * NEBOSH General Certificate or equivalent qualification
 * Proven experience in Quality or Continuous Improvement within a complex, matrix organisation
 * Quality/Continuous Improvement qualification desirable
 * Strong electrical safety knowledge and practical experience
 * Demonstrable leadership capabilities with a collaborative, team-oriented mindset
 * Passion for driving improvement, innovation, and positive change across operations
