The Irish Blood Transfusion Service (IBTS) is seeking a dynamic Transformation Portfolio Delivery Lead (Release Train Engineer) to help drive strategic transformation initiatives across the organisation.
Responsibilities
Work closely with Project Managers, Sponsors & Executive Leadership
Support Agile, Hybrid & Scaled Agile delivery environments
Ensure visibility of priorities, progress & delivery constraints
Help shape and manage the organisation’s transformation portfolio
Qualifications
Relevant third-level qualification in Business, Management, IT, Engineering or related discipline
10+ years’ experience managing business, IT & change projects
5+ years coordinating complex programmes or transformation initiatives
Experience with delivery management tools & portfolio reporting
Public sector, healthcare or regulated environments
