Branch Leader
In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for spearheading branch operations, driving business expansion, and fostering a high-performing team. Your expertise in sales leadership, customer service, and performance management will be instrumental in achieving exceptional results.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage day-to-day branch operations to ensure team and individual sales targets are met.
* Lead, develop, and support a team of Sales Executives, Advisors, and Development Coordinators through coaching and performance management.
* Set clear sales targets, allocate customer segments, and promote a strong customer-centric culture.
* Drive business growth through effective prospecting, lead generation, follow-ups, renewals, and referrals.
* Maintain relationships with key customer groups, collaborate with other branches, and share resources to achieve regional objectives.
Requirements:
* A CIP qualification is essential for this role.
* Demonstrate a strong track record in sales, client relationship-building, and business growth.
* Experience in leading teams, coaching, mentoring, and managing performance is crucial.
* Possess good understanding of lead generation, time management, territory management, and turning opportunities into results.
* Be proficient in Microsoft Office, policy systems, e-learning tools, and reporting on sales activity.
* Excellent communication and networking skills are required.
* A full clean driving license and own vehicle are essential.
