Job Opportunity:
We are seeking a skilled Legal Secretary to join our Commercial Property team in Dublin.
About the Role
The successful candidate will be responsible for performing various tasks, including dictation, formatting legal documents, filing, invoicing, and general administrative support.
Responsibilities
* Dictation: Accurately transcribing spoken information into written form.
* Formatting legal documents: Preparing and editing legal documents according to specific requirements.
* Filing, invoicing, and general admin support: Maintaining accurate records, handling correspondence, and providing overall administrative assistance.
* Prepare and arrange registration of Land Registry or Registry of Deeds documents: Ensuring timely and accurate preparation of necessary documents.
* Preparation of Bibles of Security/Title documents: Compiling and reviewing documentation as required.
* Reception cover occasionally: Providing front-desk support as needed.
* Overflow secretarial work: Assisting with additional administrative duties as required.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
* 3 years minimum experience working as a Legal Secretary, ideally in Commercial Property.
* Excellent typing & Microsoft Office skills.
* High attention to detail.
* Digital dictation skills (60wpm).
