CIP-qualified General Insurance Advisor
to join a professional, client-focused advisory team. This role is suited to an experienced insurance professional who values accuracy, compliance, and delivering consistently high standards of advice.
Role:
The successful candidate will provide advice and ongoing service across general insurance products, ensuring clients receive clear, compliant, and appropriate recommendations. You will manage new policies, renewals, policy servicing, and client enquiries, using
Applied
Relay or equivalent insurance software
as part of a structured and well-established process.
Key Responsibilities:
* Advise clients on general insurance products in line with regulatory requirements
* Manage renewals, mid-term adjustments, and new business
* Maintain accurate client records using Relay or similar systems
* Handle client queries in a timely and professional manner
* Ensure full compliance with internal procedures and industry standards
* Build and maintain long-term client relationships
Requirements:
* CIP qualification (essential)
* Proven experience in a general insurance advisory role
* Strong working knowledge of Relay or equivalent insurance software
* Excellent communication and organisational skills
* High attention to detail and a strong compliance mindset
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
