* A QS background would be ideal.
* Experience in Team Management to lead and motivate teams toward achieving organizational goals.
* Proficiency in Contract Management to negotiate, review, and manage contractual agreements effectively.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with internal and external stakeholders.
* Proven ability to work in a hybrid work environment, maintaining a balance between remote and on-site responsibilities.
* A degree in Business, Management, or a related field is preferred, along with prior experience in a similar role.
