Job Description:
As part of the Global Marketing team, the Marketing Specialist will play a key role in supporting Sia’s go-to-market strategy. This includes creating and promoting high-value content that showcases our expertise, offerings, and thought leadership, with the goal of effectively engaging our B2B clients. The Marketing Specialist will contribute to the production of strategic deliverables tailored to support business development and commercial growth.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Creating and delivering breakthrough marketing campaigns and digital advertising on channels such as our corporate website, social media platforms, email, events
Ensuring brand consistency across all marketing channels
Coordinating with teams to develop editorial calendars
Orchestrating, prioritizing, and managing project deliverables
Helping facilitate marketing events
Ensuring proper integration between marketing actions and our CRM platform
Monitoring trends and proposing ideas to boost brand awareness
Measuring, optimizing and reporting on content and campaign analytics and presenting results to key stakeholders
Qualifications
2+ years of marketing or communications experience
Native French-speaker (mandatory)
Master’s degree (Communications, Advertising, Marketing, or a related field)
Ideally, B2B marketing experience related to lead generation, campaign management, content strategy, or digital marketing
Superior written and oral communication skills in English
Demonstrated creative problem-solving and analytical skills
Proactive, autonomous, eager to learn and grow
