We're excited to offer a fantastic opportunity for an experienced HR & Operations Manager to join our dynamic and supportive home care team in Dublin.
With a workforce of approximately 200 staff, this is a key leadership role where you'll have real influence in shaping both our people strategy and day to day operations, while making a meaningful difference in the lives of those we support.

The Role
This is a dual function role combining Human Resources leadership with Operational oversight.
You'll play a central role in ensuring our teams are supported, our services run smoothly, and our standards remain high.
HR Responsibilities
Lead recruitment, onboarding, and retention
Manage employee relations including disciplinaries and grievances
Support performance management and development
Ensure compliance with Irish employment law
Maintain HR systems and policies
Promote positive workplace culture
Operations Responsibilities
Oversee day to day service delivery along with the client service manager
Monitor KPIs and performance
Ensure compliance with HIQA and HSE standards
About You
Degree in HR, Business Management, or related field
Minimum 5 years' experience in HR and/or operations
Strong understanding of Irish employment law
Experience managing teams
Excellent communication and leadership skills
Healthcare experience desirable

€50,000 – €55,000
