Key Responsibilities
Design and implement hybrid infrastructure solutions across on-premises, Azure, and AWS environments
Lead cloud migration projects
Serve as Tier 3 escalation for complex technical incidents
Mentor junior engineers and collaborate across IT and business teams
Support ISO ***** compliance and security governance initiatives
Oversee virtualization platforms, identity management, and disaster recovery systems
What You Bring
7+ years in systems engineering or infrastructure operations
Strong Windows/Linux server administration expertise
Deep experience with VMware or Hyper-V virtualization
Hands-on Azure or AWS cloud platform experience
Scripting/automation skills (PowerShell, Bash, Python)
Solid networking fundamentals (DNS, DHCP, VLANs, routing, firewalls)
Experience with ITSM tools (JIRA, ManageEngine, Zendesk)
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or equivalent experience
