This is a hands-on role suited to someone who enjoys balancing strategy with execution in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.ResponsibilitiesDeveloping and delivering sponsorship and events strategies aligned with brand and commercial objectivesIdentifying and managing sponsorship opportunities, partnerships, and activations that enhance brand awareness and engagementPlanning and executing a range of corporate, customer, and brand events from concept through to deliveryManaging suppliers, venues, agencies, and event logistics to ensure seamless executionCollaborating with marketing and commercial teams to maximise the impact of sponsorships and events across digital, PR, and customer channelsCreating engaging, on-brand experiences that strengthen customer relationships and support business growthManaging budgets, timelines, and performance reporting, ensuring activity delivers measurable ROIBuilding and maintaining strong relationships with internal stakeholders, sponsors, and external partnersQualifications2+ years’ experience in sponsorships, events, or experiential marketingProven experience delivering successful events and partnership activationsStrong project management and organisational skillsExcellent relationship management and communication abilitiesCreative mindset with strong attention to detailCommercially aware with a results-driven approachAbility to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environmentExperience within energy, utilities, FMCG, or sustainability-focused sectorsFamiliarity with CRM or event technology platformsExisting network within the Irish sponsorship or events landscapeWhat’s on offerOpportunity to work on high-profile sponsorships and eventsCollaborative and innovative team environmentStrong scope for creativity and ownership within the roleNote: this role is based in Dublin.
