Finance Manager Job Description
Our organization seeks an experienced and skilled finance manager to support its growth strategy.
The ideal candidate will possess strong technical accounting skills, as well as excellent interpersonal and communication skills. They should be able to work effectively in a team environment and possess the ability to motivate themselves and others.
Key Responsibilities:
* Accounting for assigned jurisdictions, ensuring integrity, accuracy, and timeliness of financial records.
* Maintenance of robust control environment, including balance sheet reconciliations.
* Creation and analysis of management information to support business decisions.
* Delivery of management and statutory financial statements within agreed timelines.
* Analysis and communication of financial data to inform business actions.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
* Relevant professional qualification (ACCA, ACA, CIMA or equivalent).
* Minimum 5 years' hands-on experience in accounting or related function.
* Sound technical accounting, tax, and reporting experience.
* Advanced Excel skills essential.
* System experience beneficial (e.g., 3e, SAP Concur, Power BI).
