The Opportunity:
* Support global commercial operations by resolving complex legal issues and driving successful outcomes.
* Negotiate and structure complex commercial transactions with vendors and clients.
About this Role
* Evaluate and draft non-standard legal agreements.
* Collaborate with stakeholders on legal risks in proposed transactions.
* Leverage prior contracts experience to close transactions.
Key Responsibilities
* Develop creative solutions to advance negotiations.
* Build trusted relationships with cross-functional teams.
* Create standard agreements, templates, and best practices.
* Qualified lawyer with minimum 3+ years PQE in relevant work as in-house counsel or equivalent experience in a law firm.
* SaaS experience is a plus.
* Exceptional negotiation, drafting, and communication skills.
