Job Overview
A leading industrial goods distributor seeks a Supply Chain Coordinator to maintain accurate stock levels, issue materials, and forecast usage.
Main Responsibilities:
1. Maintain accurate inventory levels for MRO items including spare parts, consumables, and critical components.
2. Issue materials and process returns in the CMMS/ERP system ensuring data integrity.
3. Analyze usage patterns to ensure timely replenishment preventing stockouts and maintaining business continuity.
4. Organize the storeroom to ensure safe efficient compliant storage and labeling adhering to industry standards.
5. Purchase supplies from qualified vendors managing delivery status coordinating with internal stakeholders as needed follow up on delays or quality issues ensuring prompt resolution.
6. Collaborate with maintenance teams providing technical support securing necessary parts for work orders planned shutdowns PMs operating efficiently within established guidelines
• Minimum 2-3 years experience in program coordination customer account management technical support roles demonstrating strong organizational communication skills
• Proven track record working in manufacturing engineering technical environments handling multiple priorities meeting deadlines
• Possess Level 6 qualification Diploma Advanced Certificate Mechanical Electrical Industrial Engineering Supply Chain related field preferred possessing relevant knowledge certifications.
