Strategic Business Consultant
The ideal candidate will be confident in leading business process analysis, gathering and translating requirements into effective solutions, and collaborating with stakeholders across different functions to drive business outcomes.
Main Responsibilities:
* Lead strategic analysis efforts across the full project lifecycle to identify opportunities for improvement.
* Facilitate workshops and stakeholder interviews to capture business needs and translate them into clear solution designs.
* Conduct root cause analysis to identify underlying issues and develop targeted solutions.
* Develop comprehensive Business Requirement Specifications and related documentation to support implementation.
* Map existing (As-Is) and future (To-Be) processes to optimize business operations.
* Collaborate with internal teams and external clients to ensure seamless integration and successful solution delivery.
Requirements:
* Proven experience in business analysis with HRIS platforms and a strong understanding of business process optimization.
* Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills to build trust and facilitate collaboration.
* Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities while maintaining focus on key objectives.
* Experience with process mapping and technical specification development to deliver high-quality solutions.
* Familiarity with agile project environments is an advantage to adapt to changing business needs.
