Key Responsibilities:

* Negotiate and ensure compliance with Manufacturing Service Agreements.
* Develop and implement effective planning and material procurement strategies to drive business success.
* Collaborate closely with Supply Chain and Planning teams to meet demand forecasts and optimize production processes.
* Contribute to the development of Financial Operating Plans and ensure financial goals are achieved.
* Monitor performance, address issues promptly, and escalate when necessary through regular Steering Committee and Virtual Operation Team meetings.

Requirements:

* Bachelor's Degree in a science or technical field (Master's or MBA preferred).
* At least 10 years of experience in manufacturing, engineering, project management, quality, or related areas.
* A broad business perspective and in-depth understanding of manufacturing processes.
* Strong project management and influencing skills.
* Proven leadership abilities with excellent communication skills.
