Hotel Manager Position
Applications are invited for this full-time role of Hotel Manager for a mid-sized Food & Beverage hotel in County Cavan.
Reporting directly to the owners, the purpose of this role is to manage the overall smooth and efficient running of all departments in the hotel, in accordance with the Company standards, with particular emphasis on the Food & Beverage Function.
You will oversee operations while ensuring that a consistently high standard of service, product, and customer care is delivered at all times.
Main Duties:
* Take responsibility for the smooth running of the hotel outlets on a day-to-day basis.
* Work with owners on marketing activities, constantly seeking innovative ways to drive sales and marketing.
* Ensure that all back-of-house areas are running to a very high standard.
* Lead the hotel team to maximize revenue and deliver excellent standards of service at all times.
* Motivate, encourage, and support staff, ensuring relevant training is provided.
Ideal Candidate:
* A proven track record in managing Food and Beverage Hotel Operations (minimum 2 years of experience).
* A working knowledge of all hotel departments.
* Financial awareness regarding costings, purchasing, labor costs.
* An aptitude for the development and motivation of staff.
* Flexible regarding working days and hours.
* A candidate who gets things done.
