We're growing and looking for a smart, motivated person with an interest in technology to join our team at the front of the shop.
The Role
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys technology, likes helping people, and wants to learn on the job.
You'll be the first point of contact for customers, helping with walk-ins, phone calls, and repair intake — while learning how devices are tested, diagnosed, and repaired.
No formal experience is required — attitude, initiative, and willingness to learn are more important than qualifications.
Key Responsibilities
* Serving customers at the counter
* Booking in repairs accurately and professionally
* Answering phone calls and handling enquiries
* Basic device testing (training provided)
* Communicating clearly with technicians
* Following up with customers when repairs are ready
* Keeping the front-of-house organised and running smoothly
* Learning common tech issues and solutions over time
What We're Looking For
* Strong interest in technology (computers, phones, gadgets, etc.)
* Good communication and people skills
* Comfortable using computers and learning new systems
* Self-motivated and able to work on own initiative
* Reliable, organised, and eager to learn
* Problem-solver mindset — not afraid to ask questions
No Experience? No Problem
You do not need previous repair or retail experience.
Full training will be provided.
