Mercedes-Benz South Dublin is seeking an experienced and proactive Sales Manager to oversee the sales operation. Reporting directly to the General Manager, the successful candidate will lead a highly skilled team, drive profitability, exceed performance targets, and ensure exceptional customer service.

Key Duties and Responsibilities
Cultivating a high-performance, collaborative, and empowered leadership culture, effectively influencing and engaging with stakeholders at all organisational levels.
Establishing and nurturing a robust sales team, focused on efficient processes and exceptional customer service.
Skilfully negotiating and agreeing on yearly sales targets with distributors.
Demonstrating excellence in operational performance across all key indicators, encompassing sales, aftersales, people management, safety, quality, service, efficiency, and cost-effectiveness.
Ensuring strict adherence to group policies and processes, as directed by the Head of Commercial Operations.
Upholding unwavering compliance with Mercedes-Benz brand standards and adeptly navigating through the audit process.
Safeguarding compliance with Health and Safety Legislation and ISO accreditation standards.
