We are hiring Part Time Receptionist to work week day evenings and alternate weekends in The Residence Maynooth, Straffan Road, Maynooth, Co. Kildare, W23 H028
As a receptionist you will be responsible to ensure smooth operations and a welcoming environment for residents and visitors.
Here are some key duties:
* Greeting Visitors: Welcoming residents, families, and visitors upon arrival and directing them to the appropriate areas.
* Answering Calls: Managing incoming phone calls, providing information, and transferring calls to the relevant departments.
* Administrative Support: Assisting with various administrative tasks such as filing, typing, and managing correspondence.
* Scheduling Appointments: Coordinating appointments for residents with healthcare providers and other services
* Maintaining Records: Keeping accurate records of visitors, appointments, and other relevant information
* Customer Service: Providing high-quality customer service, addressing inquiries, and resolving any issues that arise
The ideal candidate should have excellent interpersonal skills, a pleasant phone manner, and proficiency in basic computer applications like Word, Excel and Outlook. They should also be organized, reliable, and capable of multitasking in a busy environment.
