Responsibilities
Ensure that all service provided is in accordance with department procedures.
Maintain a high standard of cleanliness in bedrooms, bathrooms, corridors, fire exits and stores.
Report all maintenance faults to the Accommodation Management Team.
Have full knowledge of all accommodation services and a general knowledge of all hotel facilities and opening hours.
Maintain a high standard of cleanliness in your area of work.
Have full knowledge of all products in the department and a general knowledge of all hotel facilities and opening hours.
Attend all training courses as notified by management.
Qualifications
Excellent presentation.
Exceptional customer service and communication skills.
Positive attitude.
Good command of the English language.
Experience in a cleaning role would be a distinct advantage.
