In-House Recruiter - Social Care & Residential Services
Location: Head Office, Bracetown, Co. Meath
Contract: Full-time, Permanent (Hybrid)
We are seeking an experienced recruiter to join our Head Office team in Bracetown. This role is suited to someone with a minimum of three years' recruitment experience within social care, residential or disability services, gained in an agency, in-house, or a similar recruitment-focused role.
The position involves managing end-to-end recruitment for residential services, working closely with service managers and HR colleagues to support consistent, compliant and values-led hiring across the organisation.
Key Responsibilities
Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from sourcing through to offer stage
Screen and shortlist candidates for social care and residential roles
Coordinate interviews and support selection decisions with hiring managers
Manage offers and maintain candidate engagement throughout the recruitment process
Maintain accurate recruitment records, trackers and ATS systems
Build and maintain talent pipelines to support current and future workforce needs
About You
Minimum 3 years' experience recruiting within social care or residential services
Strong understanding of the Irish social care sector and safeguarding requirements
Proven ability to manage multiple vacancies and priorities simultaneously
Organised, proactive and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
