Production Shift Role Overview
This position involves collaborating with supervisors to address technical challenges during shifts.
* To work in tandem with Shift Supervisors to initiate and stop equipment, as well as troubleshoot day-to-day operational issues to maximize uptime;
* Implementation of other relevant technical tasks on-shift to maintain optimal production levels;
* Regular maintenance of machines;
* Providing cover for the Shift Supervisor as needed;
* Participation in continuous improvement or new product introduction projects;
Maintaining high standards of safety and housekeeping is essential to ensure areas, equipment, and machinery are kept safe and clean.
Compliance with Quality and GMP requirements and adherence to all established policies and procedures are necessary.
