We are seeking a highly skilled Senior HR Advisor to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced HR professional to make a significant contribution to our organisation.
About the Role
The Senior HR Advisor will be responsible for providing expert advice and guidance on HR policies, procedures, and employment law. They will also manage employee relations cases, lead recruitment campaigns, and support training and development activities.
* Main Responsibilities:
* Advise managers and employees on HR policies, procedures, and employment law (ROI and/or NI)
* Manage employee relations cases including disciplinaries, grievances, and absence
* Lead end-to-end recruitment campaigns and support onboarding
* Coordinate training and development activities and contribute to wider L&D strategy
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
* 3-5 years' experience in a generalist HR role
* CIPD Level 5 (or working towards)
* In-depth knowledge of employment law and HR best practice
* Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build trusted relationships
* Organised, detail-oriented, and solutions-focused
