proven concrete frame experience
to lead site operations and deliver excellence.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee RC frame construction activities on-site
Manage subcontractors and ensure safety, quality, and programme compliance
Coordinate with project teams to ensure smooth delivery
Maintain accurate site records and reporting
Drive progress and problem-solve in a fast-paced environment
Ideal Candidate
Strong RC frame experience on large-scale residential projects
Proven track record with Tier 1 or Tier 2 contractors
Excellent leadership, communication, and organisational skills
Ability to manage site teams and subcontractors effectively
Health & Safety focused with a commitment to quality
