Job Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Construction Site Manager to lead our projects from inception to completion.
Key Responsibilities:
* Site Operations & Management: Manage day-to-day site activities, oversee logistics, deliveries, and resource allocation.
* Stakeholder Communication: Liaise with clients, architects, engineers, quantity surveyors, and other stakeholders to manage expectations and provide updates.
* Problem-Solving: Identify potential issues or technical difficulties early and develop effective solutions to mitigate risks and keep projects on track.
Required Qualifications & Experience:
* 5 years' experience in a Site Management role with a contractor, preferably in commercial, retail, or hospitality fit-out projects.
* Proven experience in managing construction sites, leading teams, and ensuring projects are completed safely, on time, and within budget.
* Excellent communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills.
