Key Responsibilities
* Represent hospitals and clinicians in medical malpractice actions, using your technical knowledge to defend against claims.
* Provide expert advice on medico-legal issues, including patient capacity and consent, and adverse incident reviews.
* Act as a key contact for hospitals and clinicians in connection with inquests, ensuring seamless communication and representation.
Requirements
* A minimum of 12 months PQE or equivalent experience in defending claims brought against healthcare professionals.
* Proven track record of handling technically challenging caseloads with excellent client relationship skills.
* Demonstrated ability to develop strong relationships with clients while managing complex cases.
