Accounts/Payroll Assistant
We are excited to offer an excellent opportunity for an experienced Accounts Assistant to join our team at The Hardiman Hotel Galway, a distinguished 4-star hotel located in the heart of Galway city.
Known for its exceptional hospitality, The Hardiman Hotel offers a wide range of services, from luxurious getaways and weddings to conferencing and leisure breaks.
As part of the Choice Hotel Group, we are proud to be part of a leading global collection of renowned hotels.
This role is based at The Hardiman Hotel Galway, reporting directly to the Cluster Financial Controller.
The role will involve duties for both The Hardiman & The House Hotel.

Key Responsibilities
Accounts Payable
Accounts Receivable
Bank and Cash Reconciliations
Creditor/Debtors Reconciliations
Production of weekly payroll reports
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
Excellent organisational and numerical skills
Ability to manage a varied workload and meet tight deadlines
Exceptional attention to detail
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
Experience in payroll processing
Qualifications
Valid employment visa to work in Ireland
2 years experience in a similar role
Experience within the hospitality industry
Familiarity with Procure Wizard, Timepoint, Brightpay, Sage 50 and Opera Cloud
