Human Resources Lead Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled Human Resources Lead to join our organization. The successful candidate will have experience in HR management and be able to deputise for the Head of Human Resources in their absence.
Job Summary:
The primary responsibility of this role is to oversee the recruitment and management of staff, ensuring that all employees are properly trained and equipped to perform their duties effectively. This includes developing and implementing HR policies and procedures, providing advice and guidance on employment legislation, and supporting the delivery of the organizational strategy.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
To be successful in this role, you will require:
* Satisfactory experience in an office under the HSE or equivalent
