Restaurant Manager cum Waiter
We are hiring for an experienced Restaurant Manager cum Waiter to oversee daily restaurant operations and provide excellent front-of-house service. Previous experience in restaurant management and waiter roles is a must.
Responsibilities:
* Manage and supervise staff, including training and scheduling.
* Ensure smooth daily operations and maintain high customer service standards.
* Greet and serve customers, take orders, and handle inquiries.
* Manage reservations and seating arrangements.
* Oversee stock, inventory, and supplier relationships.
* Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene regulations.
* Handle customer feedback and resolve issues promptly.
* Assist in administrative tasks, including payroll and reporting.
Requirements:
* Proven experience in restaurant management and as a waiter.
* Strong leadership and communication skills.
* Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings.
* Knowledge of Indian cuisine and dining expectations is a plus.
* Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.
